As some of you may know, I have recently taken up baking and cake decorating as a new hobby.  I have my Wilton Level 1 final "exam" tomorrow and I needed to prep my cake in order to decorate it.  I did this last night and my friend Chris snapped a few pics to share with you.  All photos by Christopher Gandin Le.

This is the kind of site I love.  Sugar Stacks measures how much sugar is in your average snack or beverage by stacking sugar cubes.  It's really quite telling about the kinds of food we consume.  It's all sugar.  Ick!
