Unfortunately, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow which means 6 more weeks of winter but that doesn't mean that we can't celebrate with these fabulous groundhog cupcakes I made.

I took the idea from the Junior Society website that made them with chocolate pudding.

As some of you may know, I have recently taken up baking and cake decorating as a new hobby.  I have my Wilton Level 1 final "exam" tomorrow and I needed to prep my cake in order to decorate it.  I did this last night and my friend Chris snapped a few pics to share with you.  All photos by Christopher Gandin Le.
