Unfortunately, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow which means 6 more weeks of winter but that doesn't mean that we can't celebrate with these fabulous groundhog cupcakes I made.

I took the idea from the Junior Society website that made them with chocolate pudding.

So tonight is the big decorating final and I decided not to use my small heart cake as part of the big cake.  So I did this instead.

Why PROM you say? Why not?  Actually I was trying to do Happy Birthday Mom and I didn't get that far.  So with the letters I did cut out, I had PROM, MOP, PRO, MORP, ROMP (which would have been awesome).  Oh well.
