Day 8 - CrossFit
Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 11:17PM I tried this nutty workout called "CrossFit"
basically it's a workout that you might do to train for the olympics as a pro lifter. We did a ton of squats and pushups and some jumping jacks. It was a good work out but I don't think I'm anxious to go back. The gym itself was kind of gross and everyone there seemed so unhappy.
Glad I went, tried something new, moving on.
