iPad: iMoron

This guy is ridiculous.  Why didn't he just reserve one or order one online?  Why is he sitting in front of the apple store 4 days before the thing comes out?

I, too, hate the hassle of having to open my laptop. I'm now convinced. I'm buying an ipad.
Honestly, I don't understand why people line up days in advance for technology they can either a. pre-order, or b. wait a friggin week.
Just curious, Marissa--does the ipad do anything that the iphone doesn't? Please explain the merit of owning this device because I still don't really get it.

I think there will be quite a few apps for the ipad that will not be available for the iphone. The netflix app alone has sold me. Also the book reading which is why I wanted a kindle. But why get a kindle that only does the one thing when you can have a computer that fits in your purse. I can't see paying for 2 data plans though. They really should have a plan that encompasses ipad/iphone users.
