This weekend you can indulge your inner fat kid with a fried cupcake from Robicelli's cupcakes at the Chip Shop.
Try one of the three unique flavors created by the famous Robicelli's, dipped in batter, and deep fried to hot, gooey perfection. Flavors include:
"The Elvis" -- Moist Banana Cake with Peanut Butter Buttercream, topped with Brown-Sugar-Candied Bacon
"Sticky Toffee Pudding" -- Date and Brown Sugar Cake soaked with Brandied Toffee Sauce and Toffee Buttercream

I really think that the Elvis will taste amazing! It's a shame that I am not around to try a fried cupcake. Well, there's always the NC State Fair. Maybe that`ll be the new fad this year. Even though, I'm not too sure how it'll taste. I`m thinking like a funnel cake with icing.
