Sorry I've been MIA

it's no excuse but life has been a bit hectic in the past few weeks.

1. we bought an apartment (more to come later)
2. we bought a dining room set for said apartment
3. we became and aunt and uncle (hopefully a picture to come)
4. it was Rosh Hashana and we were in Maryland

As I said, it's not an excuse but it is a reason for the lack of posting.  Hopefully I'll be back soon posting like a madwoman.
