As some of you might have noticed I was MIA for a little while.  That's because I was off in Tecate, Mexico looking for inner peace.  Well it wasn't quite that hippy dippy but it was a wonderful retreat full of yoga, pilates and hula hooping.  One morning, my mom and I did a 2 mile hike to the organic garden where they grew all the food for the ranch.  We had breakfast there, took a tour of the garden and then hiked 2 miles back.  What a nice way to start the morning!

Here is some footage of Salvator, the gardener talking about how they grow the vegetables.  I have never met anyone in my life who loves vegetables more than this man.
