Day 16: Trainer
Day 17: Cycling at BYK Cycle
While I was in Wisconsin I woke up every morning pretty early. I also went to bed REALLY early as well. And I kind of loved that as a practice. Last night I was in bed at 8:45pm right after my kids were sound asleep. It is always so comfortable on my Eva Mattress that I bought recently.
So it wasn’t hard for me to wake up at 5:30 this morning to head to spin class. I had all my clothes laid out ready to go so I woke up, got dressed and got out of the house. The studio is only about a block from my house so I was there WAY too early for the 6:15 class.
Now I don’t know if it’s just me but the music in this class was so loud I couldn’t hear the ques. I have a feeling that these teachers are so used to their music being up so loud that they don’t hear it anymore at the same levels as a normal person. I came for the workout, not for the acute hearing loss.
But I digress, the class was pretty good. I’m fairly sure I phoned it in for a few of those hill climbs. But I’m glad I went. Most of this process is just about showing up right?
