Day 11: Trainer

Day 12: Spent the whole day flying so I decided to do a meditation video in my seat. Meditating at 10,000 feet is quite an experience but it did make the flight go faster. Once I arrived in Wisconsin my friend Holly and I did some sun salutations in her basement before hysterically crying while watching Obama give Biden the medal of Freedom.

Day 13: Holly and I got up at 5am to make a 6am barre class. Barre class in Wisconsin is WAY different than barre class in Williamsburg. This was full of overly friendly and chatty ladies of all stripes and ages. Also the music was a symphony of ultra unhip yet super fun pop songs. The class was equally hard and exhausting but a lot of fun.
