I have decided that instead of doing 1 thing for 30 days, I’m going to indulge in several activities that I might normally say no to. For instance, this morning I woke up early and my husband and I did the Jillian Michael’s video (more on that later). Tomorrow, who knows? Hot Yoga? Skydiving? There have to be a ton of things out there that I wouldn’t normally do.
I am ready for your suggestions.
