I’ve probably talked about Mint.com before but I wanted to come back to it. This genius website, recently bought out by Intuit is really one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me. Recently I’ve become obsessed with paying off all my credit card bills (done! thank you very much) and budgeting myself. This is where Mint has come in super handy. Mint has had the budgeting part of the site for a while now but I’ve never really paid much attention to it. But ever since I started listening to Dave Ramsey (if you’re not listening to his radio show or podcasts, you should be) I realized that I should be making a monthly budget and income == outgo. This includes any savings, retirement, mortgage payments, student loan payments…
So today, I finally got my budget to balance which means NO CREDIT CARDS! Which is awesome.
